USM Alumni under ISA arrest

Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) captured the headlines in the local news when 2 of its graduates, Teresa Kok and Tan Hoon Cheng, together with Raja Petra were arrested under the infamous ISA law. Free water in Selangor

Anwar Ibrahim wins in Permatang Pauh by-election

After 10 days of campaigning and hard work from Pakatan Rakyat (PR) and Barisan National (BN). Finally the official results is out. Anwar Ibrahim has won the by-election with a majority of 15,671 votes.

1.Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (KeADILan) 31,195 votes.
2.Hanafi Mamat (AKIM) 92 votes.
