My wife and I do a fair bit of traveling in our respective job. Occasionally one of us will tag along for vacation.

Recently I had the opportunity to travel to Phoenix in Arizona, America. I was tempted to hop over the border to Mexico to visit Cabo San Lucas for a short vacation to experience the laid back Mexican life. I managed to check out the Cabo San Lucas vacation villas as an option for my accommodation if I were to cross the border.

My wife visited Orlando, Florida to attend her company convention recently. She has been to Orlando the previous year. This year she was keen to visit Bahamas, which is only 50km away from Florida, after the convention. She even checked out the Bahamas vacation rentals for accommodation.

Unfortunately, these two opportunities did not materialize because our trips we too close to each other and to travel across the Pacific twice on our own expense is costly.

Next, we check on the next possible destination if we get to go to America again. We decided on Costa Rica for its beautiful beaches and sea activities. Accommodations in Costa rica is not a problem with the availability of Costa Rica vacation homes.

This vacation will only happen if one of us gets to travel to America on business. Until then, it remains a dream vacation.
