My friend is planning to start his business. He has lots of ideas about the services he intents to sell and he gets excited whenever he talks about them. He believes whoever hears about it will want to use his service. He has a problem of reaching as many customers as he would like to.

He explored many options of reaching out to his customers like newspapers advertisements, radio and even on magazine. All these options have one major disadvantage. All of them do not offer interaction with the target audience.

In the email, he even asked his target audience to participate online survey to get feedback from them. The online survey tool and email marketing solution was obtained from iContact.

He seems to very happy with the responses he got from the email marketing campaign. He claims that his inquiries and sales have increase. As long as my friend is happy with the results, I guess the solution works for him.
