I am sitting in McDonald KLIA since 12 mindnight waiting for my flight to Egypt in one of the middle eastern airlines. I really mean one of them as I am still not sure which airline is taking me to Egypt.
I only know when and where to meet the tour leader and he will take care of the rest. I have been sitting here since 12 midnight. Appointment is at 2AM. Flight departure is 4AM. It’s going to be a long night for me. But, tonight is not a good evening for me.
Before coming to KLIA, I paid my last respect a close friend who succumbed to the Big C. I am going to miss the funeral. But, I guess the memories is what matters. I will remember Helena for all the great time our families had together.
Helena and Tony, her hubby, had been to Egypt many years ago and had been encouraging us to visit the Land of Pharoah. Finally, we are making this trip but will not have the chance to share our travel stories like what we used to do.
