Juggling time between home, office, friends and the cyberspace

My neighbors’ mailboxes

December 19th, 2007 · No Comments

I mentioned in my earlier posts about my neighbors who are doing extensive house renovations. Last count is six houses that are under going renovations. All of them belong to new owners. Previous owners have decided to upgrade their homes to bigger and better houses.

Two new neighbors have moved in to our neighborhood and we still have not had the chance to introduce ourselves yet. Living in this rat-race world is depriving us the time to meet neighbors and get to know each other. I have been looking out for my new neighbors hoping for a chance to catch them when they are outside their house but no luck so far.

Some of the houses are near completion. The construction work is over and workers are starting to install exterior fittings and painting. Workers have installed some of the exteriors fittings like electronic gates, fences, lights and mailboxes. I am very impressed with the residential mailboxes that my neighbors have installed in their houses. I learned from the workers that these mailboxes were ordered from oversea. They even showed me the catalog that was shipped together with the delivery of the mailbox from the company. This company also manufactures commercial mailboxes for sale.
