Personalized signage at friend’s house

October 23rd, 2007 · No Comments

When I visited my friend in Los Angeles, he brought to his house for dinner. He had a nice little house among the Asian community in Los Angeles. I can’t really tell where was it as he picked me up from the LA airport and straight to his home.

I was impressed by the many personalized things he did for his house. He had a personalized home address sign that was unique in his neighborhood. Not only he had a nice signage for his house, upon entering his house, he had a personalized doormat that has a nice message that welcomed guests to his house. I was so impressed with these nice signage and doormats, I asked him to recommend me to the website where I can purchase the house signs.

After doing the customary tour of his nice house, we had dinner with his family. Spend the next hour to catch up about ourselves. He told me about this life in California since left the our country many years ago. He spend 4 years studying in University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and decided to settle down in America. Met a wonderful lady and married her. Now, they have 2 kids who are already in school.

Suddenly, we realized that the time was up for me to get back to the airport to cath my flight home. He insisted in sending me back to Los Angeles Airport. The Asian culture was still very much in him.

It was really great to be able to see him and his family after so many years. We promised to keep in touch and try to see each other more often.
