September 11

September 11th, 2007 · 2 Comments

Today is Sept 11. Five years ago on this day, the New York World Trade Center was wipe out from the surface of the earth.  Thousands perished. Conspiracy theories are plenty. Afghanistan and Iraq were invaded. Osama is still around.

I used to have this thinking about traveling especially for United States. In United States, there are many man made structures especially in New York. They will always be there and can only get better each time after refurbishment. Therefore, they can wait. I will go and visit places with natural beauty like forests, seas, rivers and mountains. I always think that these nice and beautiful places will vanish one day.

Now, I think differently. I felt I should be visiting places that can potentially be gone soon. Nevertheless, should I endanger my life? Definitely a big NO. I avoid such places like plague. I will stick the forests, seas, rivers and mountains.
